Mrs. Denise Nichols graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. degree in Education as well as her teaching credential. She later went on to get her Master’s in Education at Azusa Pacific University. She enjoyed teaching fifth grade in Ventura County and is extremely blessed to now be teaching first grade at Trinity. She has been married for 10 years to Jim – they have a son, Sky (25) and three daughters, Delilah (22), Syrah (9), and Charlotte (7). 

Mrs. Nichols loves spending time with family and friends. She and her family often travel to Carpinteria or Big Bear where the rest of her family live. She loves to laugh and play games. It is her hope and prayer that her students develop not only a deep love for learning but, most importantly, an intimate and personal relationship with Jesus.
